Agrach dyrr

Agrach Dyrr is a VERY old house. It is peculiar and mysterious. The house is very warlike and powerful, but one never hears of anyone coming out strongly on the side of Agrach Dyrr. The house has angered many through its pompous attitude and isn't is rather avoided than respected because the real power behind its matrons throne is a male.

It's a secret that everyone knows, the real ruler of Agrach Dyrr is not the matron, but the lich - Dyrr, he has ruled the house for over 2000 years Lolth's favor or no Lolth's favor. Interestingly the males of the house get only a little more respect than one would consider average. (They still sacrifice the third boy and flay them mercilessly). With a lich as spell-master one would expect the mages of Dyrr to be extremely dangerous, but in fact he probably doesn't share his secrets and Dyrr mages don't stand out.

Also an oddity is that Dyrr priestesses do not lose Lolth's favor because of the male. Maybe it's because the male isn't really a male when he's dead?

Attitude: This is a very arrogant house. Insulting Dyrr results in a splash in Lake Donigarten... They are very war like.
