The sixth house of Menzoberranzan is Mizzrym. The Drow are a race of deceivers, but Mizzrym decieve the Drow. No one ever knows what side they're on, no one ever knows if they can trust them. In this house's long and twisted history they have done more double dealing than the rest of Menzoberranzan put together.

Mizzrym has no special power or enigmatic characteristic that we know of, it has literally betrayed its way to the top. Since the house crawled out of the lower ranks, it has a large merchant interest and deals heavily with outside forces.

Mizzrym's social structure is fiercely feminist - even more so than Lolth requires. A male child in this house is very powerful indeed if he is allowed to live. Even educated and 'valuable' males have to constantly prove their worth or end up as sacrifices to the Spider Queen.

Mizzrym's wizards end up being excellent illusionists.

Attitude: Fiercely feminist and no sense of loyalty. This house can appear benign, arrogant, helpful or anything in between depending on their current schemes.
